Orouma has a mission of having a piece of Palestinian art in every country around the world. What better way to do it than having an Art Mail Club? Orouma Art Mail Club is a curated membership for art lovers who value art with heritage. Each month, members receive a hand-signed, A5 print of a selected Orouma Art, produced in small batches inspired by Palestine’s timeless history. Every piece comes with a story card. Specific Tiers membership gain early access to new collections and receive discounts on originals and limited prints.

What Members Should Know

Membership Subscription

  • You can join or cancel your membership at any time — no commitments required.
  • The monthly enrollment cut-off is the 17th of each month.
  • If you subscribe after this date, your first artwork will be included in the following month’s shipment.(For example: if you join on June 18th, your first print will be sent out in late July.)
  • If you subscribe during the final week of the shipping cycle (18th–24th), your first billing may overlap slightly before your first artwork arrives — rest assured, each payment corresponds to a distinct, newly curated print.
  • Orouma offers designated Membership for members who wish to further support Orouma’s mission. This tier includes discounts on originals and limited prints, early access to new collections, and gold leaf work on some or all print depending on your subscription.

Unregistered Mail

To keep the Art Mail Club affordable, all monthly prints are shipped via Unregistered Mail. Please review the guidelines below:

No Tracking Available

Unregistered mail does not include a tracking number. Once your order is handed to Emirates Post, we cannot monitor its journey.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Within the UAE: Typically 3–7 business days
  • GCC countries: Around 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days depending on local postal services

(Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.)

Delivery to Mailboxes

Unregistered mail is usually delivered directly to your building’s mailbox or reception, depending on your country’s postal system.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Because unregistered mail is low-cost and not tracked:

  • Lost mail cannot be traced or refunded
  • However, we will try our best to support you on a case-by-case basis

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address is:

  • Complete
  • Updated
  • Written in your country’s preferred format

Incorrect addresses may cause delays or non-delivery.

One-Time Replacement Option

For active members, Orouma offers one courtesy replacement per year for severely delayed or missing mail (subject to availability).

Packaging

Damage caused by rough handling by third-party carriers is outside our control.
